I have heard various definitions of each. I use them interchangeably. I believe and SLDL is done with your knees locked out and RDLs with a slight bend in the knees. I don't like the locked knee version for fear of hyperextending the knee.
What is the difference what hits lower back more??
What would this be considered?? http://youtube.com/watch?v=qZad_LIt0og
thats me and I have no clue about my form

For me, the biggest difference is that I pull RDLs from a rack and SLDL from the floor. So I'm able to use more weight with RDLs. Not to mention that RDLs have a smaller ROM (if you've resetting between each SLDL).
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
Stop looking around while you do that! Keep looking straight ahead.
It looks fine until you get really low, then it looks like you might be rounding your back a little bit. Just think hips back, hips forward. That is the motion for most pulling movements (Good mornings, pullthroughts, RDLs, etc.)
That is an RDL I suppose. Again, the naming is kind of ambiguous.

Form looks good but maybe too fast and should be smoother.
