    awesome Cutting routine

    Okay here is a routine that i came up with one night that will have amazing cutting effects. It is known as Chico's ?x7
    (? for unknown reps, 7 for 7 days)


    Routine
    1) Make one giant shake which will have all of your food for your entire day.
    2) Add lots of caffine to the shake.
    3) Get a straw
    4) Insert straw into shake and begin sucking
    5) Go into basement
    6) Contract all muscles in your body. Squeeze as hard as you can
    7) Continue squeezing muscles and sucking shake for 1 week.
    8) You will be lean.

    Benifits:
    -Caffine in large amounts increases metabolism
    -Caffine in large amounts lets you not sleep and continue working out for 1 week straight
    -Constantly sucking shake will keep your metabolism up
    -Constantly contracting all muscles will send metabolism up
    -Constantly contracting all muscles will increase lean muscle mass and definition
    -Not sleeping causes an increase in adrenaline, which boosts metabolism.


    Conclusions
    -Very high metabolism results in fat loss if proper nutrition followed.
    -Routine emphasises high metabolism and proper nutrition therefore fat loss

    - Staying up for 4 days at a time is very possible if not easy, therefore the routine may be reduced from 1 week to 4 days resulting in Chico's ?x4
