need a good routine for my chest...

my chest is weak as fuck and I NEED to improve it. every thing else is strong except my chest. lol dont start rofl when i tell you this next part im 168 lbs / 5'10 or 5'11/ 17 and i can only bench press on incline the bar (45 lbs) and 2x 35's for a total of ( 115 lbs incline bench press ) yes i know that is weak i can do it about 5-8x. i really need to build my chest its the weakest thing on me. i can curl 35's without no prob, do 150lbs using the rope to work abs, over 110 lbs on the crunch machine, lift 300lbs+ on legs, just my chest is WEAK!

i eat good food such as: chicken, brown rice, oatmeal, tuna, salmon, wheat bread with oatmeal, and other good foods.

i also take no explode, cell mass, and aex

Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

It's fine mate, chest is my weakness too, but rather it be that than the legs or back (large, powerful muscles). Your young and you have plenty of time to progress. The chest can grow much stronger through many techniques or changing the training variables (duration, frequency, intensity, volume, rep speed and rest pause).

We can help you out, however, You need to post the whole of you routine so people can comment properly and ensure you have a good/well balanced routine with the correct parameters.

If you have a lagging movement, put that movement first on the day youre supposed to be doing it. Concentrate on perfect form rather than weight lifted. If you have to sacrifice form for another plate, the plate needs to come off and you need to bitchslap your ego back down.

Can i just ask, what exercises must be incorporated for a good chest routine?

Should i include a flat and an incline press, or is it either or?

    Thanks
