    How much do you weigh

I was wondering what people here weigh, I'm guessing 99% of us are beetween 10-20% body fat, most around 15% or so.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

225 lbs. I don't know my bf. I've been lazy about getting it checked.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Last time I hopped on the scale I was 196.6. Encroaching on the 200 territory nicely. My guess body fat wise is ~11-12%. Check my gallery an make your own assumptions. I dunno.

WTF. What are you doing brother? I'll put you on a diet next week when here. We will drink beer only and not eat. Once drunk we will get on this site and tell everyone to go fuck themselves.

You stopped chewing tobacco and just like those who quit smoking needed something to fill your cravings. that was probably food and it's good for an additional 20 lbs..
