Quick question on Chest
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I know muscle sizes can never be perfectly proportionate. Dumbbell chest workouts will help a smaller pec catch up? Am I right?

Come again?
You're saying you have a relatively small chest compared to the rest of your body and you want to use dumbells to reduce the difference? That's not gonna work. Just bulk and train, your chest won't lag behind. If you want more help, you have to give more info, maybe a picture, and probably your program. |

No he's saying one side is lagging, yes unilateral work will help. The weaker side will eventually catchup, it took my left bicep close to 2 years though.

Unilateral and dumbbell exercises are great.
