Muscle growth/bulking
so im starting to go into a phase of my training where im starting to include drop sets/accending sets/burnouts and those type of priciples. what are your guys's thoughts on it as it pertains to bulking up...and how benificial these priciples are.. thanks guys

Theyre pretty taxing on the CNS so i wouldnt do them every single workout. Bulking up is mostly about how your diet is looking.

I guess they have their merit sometimes, but I don't use them, and they never did anything special for me as far as I can tell.

Definitly not used for each workout, however they do help with blasting through sticking points. I normally wait and use them on my last set of an exercise.
