    Can this really be true???

    Over 50 lbs of muscle gain in 6 months, with no drugs???

    This is what this guy proclaims!

    Not bloody likely. He is one genetic freak who was previously totally malnourished if that did happen. Even if it did, you aren't going to recreate that without drugs.

    Everyone talks about calories, reps & sets, cardio.....

    ...but patience is the most important.

    I've see alot of ppl quit because they are too impatient.

    We live in a world of instant gratification.

    Yes, Patience is the key, it couldnt possibly happen so fast....if it were so easy, we would all be muscle bound!

    If we quit, we will never get what we want.

    I think it is fair to say that after 3 months, i could expect a significant change in tone and some defined muscles after a year.

    I think at least 2 yrs before i see some real change in size.
