Cardiovascular

For cardiovascular should i use a bike, treadmill, or lyptical machine?
or should i switch it up.
Since im just starting out again, obviously my endurance will be low.

Do what will keep you going.... Its all about getting your heatrate up on a consistent basis. Your heart doesn't care if you are on a treadmill, bike or having sex......ok, maybe having sex, but the point is to keep doing whatever it is you like. If that means mixing it up, then switch activities.

I prefer kickboxing/sparring.

ok, i just wasnt sure, because some sites tell you that treadmill gives you more of an impact than the bike.. so i was just curious because of stuff i read like that.

Whatever you enjoy and will continue doing. If that means switching frequently, then okay, but try to have some level of exercise retention so that you can implement progressive overload.



The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Some people say treadmills and running are real bad for your knees and elipticals are much better because there isn't as much impact. Personally I prefer the treadmil, elipticals burns my legs out to quick before I can even break a sweat.
