Another full body routine question.
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I'm going to be doing a 3x a week full body routine. I do 4 compound movements (2 upper, 2 lower) and a couple of exercises of iso work.
My first two workouts go like this: A Compound vertical push Compound vertical pull Compound lower push Compound lower pull and then B Compound horizontal push Compound horizontal pull Compound lower pull Compound lower push So, for example workout A: Bench press Pull-ups Squars RDL and then iso work (not excessive). So with my first two workouts like that, how should I assemble my third workout? Should I do an A-B-A type split, and then rotate it the next week to B-A-B? Or should I change it up to combine both vertical and horiztonal push/pull type exercises? Another question I have - what is I'd like to do RDL one day a week and SLD another day of the week, but for my third workout, what's another good lower pull compound movement that I could do? Should I do another variation of deadlifts that day too or is there any suggestion? I don't have the proper equipment to do GHR's... |

Just make two workouts and alternate every workout like you said. That's the easiest way to do it. You can make a 3rd workout if you want. That's your call.
