    How to measure yourself

    How do you measure your biceps etc? do you do so with your arms straight down?

    Oops, sorry. Been listening to kid's tapes in the truck too long.

    Use a tape measure. Cloth preferably. The metal ones are difficult to control.

    Flexed but not after a workout. You shouldn't have a workout 'pump'.

    I've done lots of girth measurements through my sport progamme at school. They're good to do to see your progress. The biggest thing we were told about was to get some one else to measure it as it is a lot more acurate.
