    Realy stuck on my Training

    I realy want to get the most out of my training..

    Ive got my diet sorted but in the gym im a bit stuck..

    Any ideas on a good program????

    Follow some of the sticky posts, there's some good info in those. Especially pay attention to the P/RR/S info, that's key when planning your muscle groups for each day.

    well at the moment when i get in the gym i mainly work on my upper body with the weight machines coz the free weights are normally always in use...

    but what i do is basicly work on a machine doing at least 25 then take a 1 min break and repeat till i cant take no more then move on to another and work a different group of muscles....

    Really need to look at the stickies at the top of the training page. If you get to the gym 3 days a week you could do something like this:

    Monday-push

    Weds-Legs

    Friday-Pull

    Push-Chest, shoulders, triceps
    Legs-self explanitory
    Pull-back and biceps
