    Good lower body "pull" exercise?

    Whats a good lower body pull exercise that I could do aside from any kind of deadlift, good mornings, of GHR's...

    why do you need other pulling exercises anyway, the ones you posted are more than enough

    Agreed.

    If you need some kind of variety, implement periodization if you aren't already. I'm seeing great gains all across the board from changing intensity regularly with the same exercises I've ALWAYS done.

    Dead lifts
    and
    SLDL

    All the rest are second best
