    P/rr/s?

Quick couple of questions regarding P/RR/S

    1. Should u just continue to repeat the routine over and over again and just mix up the exercises?

    2. After doing a cycle (9 weeks) could u repeat the cycle but doing them 2 weeks at a time instead of one, e.g 2 weeks of power then 2 weeks of rep range and 2 weeks of shock or will that be counter productive?

    3. How much cardio do u normally do with the routine if u wanna gain mass but keep your BF down?

    4. If your goal is to cut up do u just tweek your diet and cardio or do u change the routine as well?

    Cheers

    1. You could
    2. If you want to, that's fine
    3. I'd recommend doing cardio on your off days, and keeping one day per week with no exercise at all.
    4. Just tweak diet and cardio, diet being the most important.

You could. However, if you want to emphasize mass gains or strength during a mesocycle, you could do so by changing the ratio of the various weeks to one another.

I would try to keep a power week in at least every 3rd week or so to prevent much detraining of your neural efficiency.

Minimizing body fat is really going to be about controlling your diet more than cardio. However, 2-3 days per week for 30 minutes or so should be fine.

It should largely be the same. I might reduce the volume and up the intensity just a tad, but you don't have to necessarily.

all feedback much appreciated boys, also when u said change the ratio in various weeks do u mean for example if I wanted to concentrate on gaining mass do 2 weeks of power than 1 of RR & S and repeat?

    Cheers.

That's the idea, yeah. If you wanted to concentrate on strength, then you could implement a power week every other week instead of every 3rd week or some such thing. Gopro can help you decide how to setup your program if you are looking to emphasize one biomotor ability or physical quality. Ask in the P-RR-S thread at the top if you have a more specific goal. He has more experience with this program than anyone else, seeing as how he is the creator.
