    Post The Bar When Deadlifting

    is it suppose to be away from you or is it suppose to be as close as it can get? when i usually do deads its like 2-3" away from my legs.

    teh further it is away, the more you are extending the external moment arm. teh more you extend the external moment arm, the more force you put on the spine.

    lighten the weight up and work on your technique little man.
