I just don't see the benefit from doing another 20-25 sets on top of that. |

It is a bad thing and a waste of time. Keep the volume low and the intensity EXTREMELY high and you will see results. There is no need to do more than 10 sets for any bodypart.

DP, for how long you practice workouts like these?
The reason I'm asking is that see a lot of mature BBers with shot knees and they all tell me they worked their legs a lot. I just want to find a happy medium between shot knees and chicken legs :-) |
