    Lightbulb Need some help

    I need help making a routine that will use some of the new stuff that I got.I want it to have cable curls and other things with the pullys.I have a low pully and high pully. This is the only thing I could think of.

    Saturday Chest

    Flat bench press 4x6-8
    Incline press 3x6-8
    Incline flies 2x10


    Sunday Biceps/back

    Cable rows 4x8
    Deadlifts 3x6
    Lat pulldowns 3x10
    Behind neck pull downs 3x8
    Cable curls 3x8
    Preacher curls 3x10


    Monday triceps/ shoulders


    Tricep extensions 3x8
    CGBench 3x8
    Military press 3x8
    behind neck press 3x8
    Dumbell press 2x10

    Tuesday Legs

    Squats 3x8
    Leg curls 3x8
    Leg extensions 3x8
    5'6 155lbs
    bench 275x3
    squat 375x2
    deadlift 385x3

    I would help you out, but I don't do body part splits...

    i do too know . kefe read the stickies. make a workout w/99% compound lifts and then comeback.

    Do as little as you can with cables stick with free weights as much as possible. You use your stablizers so much more with free weights.

    Because you're not applying the information. If you want to do a body part split, then check out the guide to exercise selection that I wrote up for putting one together. It's a no brainer, it will provide an exercise category, examples, and how many exercises of each you should use. If you can't figure that out, then I don't know what to tell you...
