Ofcourse you are...You quit school and you got no job so all your time is devoted to training. Seriously, get a grip man,if you stayed in school your brain would be fresh and you could set your goals straight and you won't be changing your mind every other day!

It's been said LITERALLY thousands of times, but its my turn 'GO BACK TO SCHOOL.'

Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

Looks horrible! I know, because I'm an expert on the subject... I read the stickies! Well, skimmed...

I'm sure they have great fullbody routines set up for you in weight training class at school!

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless those who bless me as I gladly accept their blessings, and curse those who curse me all the while protecting me for any evils. In Christ name, amen...

^^^this day is fine

Workout B:
Deadlifts
Military press
ATG Squats
WG Pullups

^^On this day, drop the squats. Do a single leg exercise like a lunge or step up instead

week 1: a,b,a
week 2: b,a,b
week 3: start over w/wk. 1

a,b,a is fine.

now assign some rep ranges to each day.

for example:

day1= heavy (90-95%)
day2= light (70-80%)
day3= med (80-90%)

I might add study time on the weekends also, just for some GPP.

if you went to school then you wouldnt have so much free time, i would honestly suggest, you spend too much time worrying about training. Dont get me wrong, i would love to only think of training, but spending so much time on it is crazy...

If you even dream about beating me- you better wake up come to me and apologise.

he didn't apply himself, he was doing poorly (3 weeks into the school year mind you) and decided that he didn't need to be there. So he stopped going.

There is a big thread in the open chat if you want to read it.
