Plenty of times. If a person has been training like they should and long enough there has to be a few times whenever he has did it.

Nope. I've come damned close though. When I slacked off on conditioning work for a while and went back into it full swing, the first couple of times I seriously couldn't get up for about 5-10 minutes after the session because I felt like I was going to puke every time I stood up, heh.

Thankfully, I have not either. I've had a few training partners hurl and I couldn't help but laugh crazy at them. One dude, who was tough as hell, puked several times. The more he puked the harder I laughed! I couldn't help it... He never trained with me again.

I have almost blacked out before, which sucked. I'm not talking about feeling a little sensation after heavy squats either... I thought I was going down for a 10 count. I worked my way over to water fountain and as soon as I put some water on my face and took a sip I was cool. That was pretty crazy.

    I miss training that hard...

I've puked from running too hard back when I ran, and came pretty close at the gym a few times.

Not at all... I sometimes feel a little woozy, but that's it.

After guerilla cardio it's a different story, but still nothing that bad. I just collapse on a bench, feeling like someone injected searing magma in my stomach. But nothing like fainting, puking or black-outs.

Never puked, felt very nauseaus and not able to stand up though. Once I very light headed and my vision and hearing were going bonkers.

Once my calf cramped up like a motherfucker. Some girl had to help me move over to a place where I could lay down. I didn't make it too far, I just fell over in the middle of the gym. I was having trouble staying concious, seeing, and not puking. Ugh, that was so painful. The whole time the girl was trying to have normal conversation with me. I was also sweating profusely.

I think vomiting is a bit of a weakness.... of course weve all had moments of dizziness, sickness and extreme exhaustion... but to throw up.. nah.

And I feel I work out as hard any "tough" guy.

I dunno about weakness camaro. I had a basketball player, we're talking someone who is pretty well conditioned already, try to do one of my GPP workouts with me. He puked before the very last circuit.

Vomiting has a lot to do with control of your gag reflex due to high levels of lactic acid in this case I think.... I dunno, I feel if your TRULY focused, then you should be able to stave off the naseau.

But... Ive been there before too... close, but never did it.

I never really thought of it like that, but like I said I've never puked either. I've definitely come close as well though. I can see what you're saying here.

Yes, but I don't think it is a good gauge of how effective your workout is.

Symptom of overtraining? Are you just pulling that out of your ass? lawl, because I whole heartedly disagree. I have have lower workouts after taking a week off and felt like puking. It has nothing to do with overtraining, IMO.

    Agreed.

I have done some stupid fucking workouts that were clearly way too much...but only on leg days have I ever wanted to throw up...once recently I got a little woozy and it had nothing to do with exercise intensity or volume...as I only do 3 exercises on lower body days now. (2x weekly)

over training may be a result of lack of sleep or bad nutrition , most people over train .. if you don't extremely over train it's not something to worry about but i meant you should take care when it happens ...that's all
