what do you think?

so what im asking is what do you think about me staying lean but taking in more calories (i still want to see my abs and shit) but i dont want to over do it so i get real big and then i need to lean out again i want to stay in the middle. stay lean while putting on more size. |

Eat a very modest amount of calories beyond maintenance. I usually change my caloric intake in 5% increments in an effort to maintain a healthy body composition.

See theres a very fine line with this. It is very hard to stay super lean while putting on good mass. I have always just put on the weight and cut later, just like probably 80% of the bodybuilders. Its just so hard to do that naturally.
