Good stuff. That's the style in which I perform my cardio, except I insert a little bit more rest than that, heh. It's fun and hella challenging.

I didn't think this was that impressive, I couldn't do it, but he's a world class fighter

Seems like he should be lightning through that whole thing and be ready to go again???

He does that for 24 minutes straight! Are you fucking kidding me?! That is incredibly hard, especially considering the jump squats. Those are just evil in the midst of a program like that. I'm willing to bet a lot of elite athletes couldn't handle that.

So I missed a big [EDIT] in the middle of that thing then?
because when he went back to it, he was all winded

    Evil??
nah, just repetition, if you had him do jump lunges instead, he would fail

Cool vid. The plates on his curl bar were crackin me up. Bas is a legend though. One of the toughest guys in the biz. I wish that poser Rickson Gracie would of manned up and fought Bas so Bas could have given him a nice little facelift.

He said right at the beginning that he does that 4 times in a row. It only showed one time through.

Yes, they are evil. Just try doing jump squats in the middle of a circuit like that.
