I can't give an explanation for this injury. Maybe somebody else can do...But i can say perhaps your overtraining, I had this pain also, when having too many exercises activating the shoulders. Please post the whole of your routine for more info.

However, i am slightly concerned about my shoulders, they dont hurt but i have noticed crunching or grinding when i move them. If i put a hand over a shoulder and then move the shoulder, it feels like there is a lot going on in there?
Also if i make a sudden pulling movement out to the side, i feel some discomfort, as if i could do damage if i am not careful.
Are there exercises i should avoid? I am taking it slow and concentrating on proper form but are there any other tips from the experts?

Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.
First thing you need to do is get checked out by a good Sports Doctor.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I would wait a day or two, the pain should heal. Mine did it was not that bad at all. If it persists or get worse then def see a doc.
Firstly, post your whole routine so the problem can perhaps be avoided in future![]()
