    Exclamation New Split; Please Help

    Ok guys, I need a new routine fast;
The thing here is I attend two gym's now, and I have too. Firstly, I go to the local gym that I pay for and I have 4 months left on my membership, secondly, The interferance, I go to the gym at my college and I have to work out there because its part of my course 'personal workout.'

Right first things first, my goals: put on lbm, increase strength, maintain or increase cardiovascular fitness, develop atletic performances.

Right my w/o's at col are on mon am, wed pm, and i need to go to my local gym in between to get my money's worth! I would also like to do some HIIT as well as my resistance programme.

On sunday, I came up with this, and thought it would be sound!

Mon - Push - col (med intensity) went well.
Tues - Pull - gym (high intensity) went very bad! I couldnt lift for shit! I just wanted to get the hell outa there. my numbers were so poor I felt like everybody was looking and laughing.
Wed- col - HIIT cardio, no more than ten mins on treadmill, core work for 5mins.
    Thurs -0FF
    Fri - Legs - gym
    Sat - off
    Sun - off

So today is tuesday what went wrong there! I hated it so bad I want to change this around already. Ive always done a mon/wed/fri resistance programme, so I dont think Im designed to do 2 days on, maybe poor recovery ability.

    So now im thinking of!

    Mon - upper - heavy
    Tues - lower - light
    Wed - hiit + core
    Thurs - upper - light
    Fri - lower - heavy

(OR) THAT MAYBE TOO MUCH FOR CNS will it?? so I could just stick to...

mon/wed/fri - push legs, pull, or total body. But then I'l be only goin to my local gym once a week Please help out!

    Thaks alot, Raz.
Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

Looks good to me, I would drop the volume a bit on the light days and up the reps also.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Yea thanks foreman, that was my plan of attack, hitting all the muscle fibres. Maybe I'l go with that..if its not too much.
