We have very limited time to post polls so I rushed through on the measurements. So for example, if you arms are 17" then use 17-18", not 16-17". If they are 16 7/8" then use the 16-17" option.

MEASURE THEM FLEXED WITHOUT A PUMP!

I'm currently in the 19-20 range, but well defined I'd be around 18". I haven't been doing direct arm training, so I can't complain. Especially with the limited time I've been training again. I'd like acheive 19" at my goal weight of 230lbs...

17 % body fat is in the athletic range for a woman, actually anything less than 20 % is, so I wouldn't take 3 inches off or your bodyfat is higher.

'THe fit look' for a woman is 20 -25 %, average is about 25 -30 % and when it is getting above 32 %, problems with weight.

My arms rip up first, and I am popping veins at 17 %, I am sure I have competed at about 12%.

Women are 'shredded' at around 10% ususally. I think this is more the 'fit look' range for men.

I think people confuse men and women's bodyfat percentages, the ranges are VERY different

No doubt... I aint fat per say, society's standards or whatever...But bulking up after a strict 16 week cut that got me down to a rippedy-ripped 12% I feel a little hummm...fluffy right now!

And being 2 hairs away form 16 inches currently, I sure as heck wouldnt be loosing 3 inches on arms! I dont carry much fat on my arms, still nice and vascular, but at leaner times earlier this year, I was @ 14.5.
