When I do that warmup, I hear a click/pop sound. What is that?

Unless it feels uncomfortable/painful, I wouldn't worry about it too terribly much....I think I've heard it can be the tendon moving over the origin..(?)

I don't really feel any pain. Doesn't sound healthy though.

Yeah, i've had that for about 2 months too. But took a few days off recently and now its is not nearly as noticable. No pain, its just rather annoying.

I probably wouldn't worry about it unless there is pain along with it. My shoulder clicks and pops around all over the place since I injured it about a year ago, but it's been pretty much pain free for quite a while, even with heavy pressing movements.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
