I've gained almost 10lb since I started training 9 weeks ago. Bodyfat has pretty much stayed the same.

From about September 2001- May 2002 I have gone from about 235-255...all resulting from a change in diet, and very sick training!

I have lost about 15 pounds since I started lifting. I keep getting stronger and have gone from 36 waist to a 34. So I have had to added some muscle weight right?? Anyone else out there had any results like this??

this time last year I was 230 lbs @ 6'0 I was 248 several weeks ago (16% bf) but thanks to my killer cutting cycle the fat is melting away like butter and I'm back down to 230 @ 11%.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
