    Angry Help Me Increase My Lifts!

    any ideas on how to help me blast through this plat. fucking stuck at 295 forced reps? negs? . .... my deads have been stuck at 365 forever and i dunno what my squat is(testing it tomorrow).

    Just be patient dude. I'm at a point where my lifts aren't going up right now either. Now's the time to re-evaluate and set some other goals. I would love to bench 350 but I'm taking it one step at a time. I got to 315 and now I'm gonna chill. Currently to switch gears I've set a short term goal of doing 3x12 WG Pullups. It's not always about getting stronger, and you have your whole life to get there...

    aern't you cutting? if your are, you really can't expect your lifts to get dramatically heavier.

    naah i said fuck it. i wanna get stronger so why cut? my lifts will just decrease more lol. i'm gonna start clean bulking next week and might do what PWGriffin said- periodization.

    Amazing how you could only bench 150 a year ago....Please tell us all the secret of gaining 145 Lbs on your bench in one year.

    first post 6/2005 and and second post was 9/2006, so if his birthday is between june and september it is possible that he was 14 then and 16 now...
