i watched the first two video's, guys have some decent strength but when you think about all they are doing is a bunch of pull ups and variations and their form and ROM are complete shit. Their build is a combo of genetics and/or juice.
workouts are LAME. Way more imaginative stuff is possible if you really research calisthenics and ways to progress them.

lol i downloaded that video with the e-donkey a year ago or so ...... the guys have good genetics and also 99% they are using roids , because they aRe well cut and i don't think they are on a good diet to reach that form ..also i'm 100% sure that bw exercises won't ever give you that size .... specially they don't use any added weights...
Its pretty and everything but its just some pull ups and push ups... thats just IMO and I have a training partner who is "Two and some change" who does pull ups just fine... so I'm not sure why he thinks thats such a big deal?

imno, all genetics. I remember back in high school, all the black guys in my gym class had abs and a built chest. And all they ate all day was hamburgers, fries, and chips, and played basketball.
I can't wait to try this workout!!!
And to think I've been wasting my time with silly exercises like squats and deadlifts!!
