When is lacrosse season?
What are you doing currently?
What are your strength levels like, and how much do you weigh?
anyone have any lacrosse specific training programs?

Lacrosee starts in Spring, so I would condition heavily for the next couple of months, work higher rep ranges in resistance training for a bit, then go in to something where you train low reps as the season approaches, assuming you are in high school...If you are in college or pros, I would hope you have been training for a while and would just have you do strength/power stuff. Now would be a good time to work movement patterns as well (Lateral transitions, carioca, forward/backward transitions, etc.
Lots of rotational movements too.
Looking at your timeline, I would go...
October-November-Cardio/high rep training/little bit of agility stuff
December-more towards the RIs involved with lacrosse/lower reps resistance training/more agility stuff
January-end of competitive season-Slowly drop volume until your first game, keep volume low to maintain strength/power levels. Conditioning is essentially accomplished in practice, you could do tempo runs to recover (Tempo runs are exact sprint form, held at about 60-75% max speed).
Develop something with that template, and we can guide you.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
