first time posting: need tips on fat lose and muscle building
Hi im 16 years old and i would say im fat but im a littly chubby,im 171 pounds at the moment. Ive been trying to diet latley but after reading around a little i think im starving my self. i have been doing a little weight training and a little cardio ive lost 5-7 pound in 4 weeks and im not happy with the results thus far. im looking to have a six pack but my stomouch is the most chubby part. I need someone to help me by telling me what foods i need to eat,the work outs i should consentrate on, times i should stop eating ect..
