    Cool what does push up bar do?

    I was wondering if I use push up bar to do push up, what is the difference than normal push up?

    Just hand placement, if your looking to build muscle your gonna need to do more than push ups though.

    You can go a little deeper than a regular push up.

    now thats not true but I agree with Mule about needing to do more than just pushups to put on any size.
