    Ab stability exercise day?

Would it be ok if I did a day dedicated with ab stability exercises for a couple of days?

    Day 1

Plank with toes on stability ball

    Wood chop

    Side Planks

    Day 2

    Bird Dogs

    kneeling chops

    variation of a side plank

Would something like this be alright?

I wouldn't do that unless your core really needs help

    For what purpose?

Doing ab stability stuff for a couple of days straight won't do anything, you should add it to a comprehensive program over the long term.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I wasn't thinking two days straight. I was saying like on Tuesday and Friday. I'm asking this question beacuse I use to do weighted ab (stability ball crunches, leg raises, and side bends) exercises on my off days, but I started seeing posts about stability stuff lke plans and stuff and wanted to incoroporate that into my program. And I read that crunches and all that may not be the best way to train the abs so I was thinking about dropping them for stabilty stuff.

THat is fine, I wouldn't waste a whole day doing it, though.
