I actually don't have a set time like I should because my schedule is so screwy day to day. Weekends I'll always work out in the morning.

Often during the day I'll go after a client session depending on how many hotties are working out at that time.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I used to train at 10-11am for years when i had a ~1600-midnight job.. But not anymore. Now i train after work ~6pm. Worst (busiest) time at the gym!

    right now, 6am.

I hate that though. But my schedule doesn't allow me to train at the type that I really like, 11-12.

9:00am, after a crappy interim 3rd shift job as a damn grocery manager. I throw up 500 cases of stock... come home and "workout". LOL. No wonder I consume 6,000 calories a day, at 3 hour intervals... sleep 9 hours a day, but still struggle to keep my weight from dropping.

BTW - That's when my "energy level" is highest.

I can't continue to do this, can I?

First thing in the morning. 5:30am weekdays, 7:00am weekends. While not ideal, there's never anyting to interfere with the early workout. When I used to workout in the evening, there would be too many distractions and last minute things that would come up, curtailing the workout.

I had a pretty good schedule before school, 2-2 1/2 hours after I woke up. So around 11-12.

Right now it is whenever my friend is done with classes because he has the car. Usually in the afternoon on weekdays, around 5-6. Weekends is around 2ish.

5:00PM. I used to be a crack-of-dawn kind of guy, but had to change my schedule a couple of years ago. Thankfully, the "health center" where I work out has a weight room that is hardly used. 97.3% of the people who go there use the weight machines or do cardio. Suckers.

I train within 2 hours of waking up Monday - Thurday. I train at 6:00pm on Friday after work and Sunday at 1:00 because that is when they open on that day.

I used to workout at 10PM in the evening, but my parents forbid me to do anything taxing after 10PM because of my light form of insomnia. Now that I got a training partner I workout right after school, usually 4-5PM.

I usually train after work - 5:30pm to 6:30PM. Have a PWO shake, eat dinner No. 1, light dinner No. 2 and hit the hay.

    Tuesday - Pull
    Wednesday - off
    Thursday - Legs
    Friday - Push
Saturday - off (I can’t lift on Saturdays because of work)

Friday - Legs (I will go 3 days straight if second day falls on a Friday)

Afternoon. Can't get into the zone straight after waking up, just find I don't have the energy, although when I do, it sets me up for the day.

Kudos to all that work out at ungodly hours, I just cannot get the best out of myself at those evil small hours.
