    Plyometrics can, I don't know what polymetrics are.

    Yes, greater motor unit recruitment=use more weight=stronger
    Stronger+eat more food=bigger.

    i know what they are......but don't know when to do them? i believe i read somewhere that you do them before your workout for that bodypart...i.e. doing those clap push ups ( don't know the proper name) and then benching...
