    Teeth guard while lifting

I grind my teeth badly when I lift, especially on heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts.
Has anyone seen a small mouth guard designed for lifters. I need something small enough to where you can’t see it, but effective enough to keep me from ruining my molars.

My ex wore a small mouthguard while she slept because of the same problem. We bought it right on the toothbrush isle at CVS. Looks just like a regular mothpiece but smaller.

I breath through my mouth and nose. I can easily breath though my mouth with my lips open and my teeth clenched.

When i do standing military presses i grind my teeth hardcore, probably because i don't breath. The reason i don't breath is because if i breath in/out i lose some stability, probably because my abs aren't taut - i'd rather hold my breath and get a mouthguard than feel unstable and flux my back or something. Think i'm going to look into a mouthguard tomorow

Most sporting good stores have them as well. I use a clear one and have to replace it every year or so. Last time I picked up a two pack. for like $4.99.
