    Personal Trainer Supplement question

This goes out to all the guys/girls who are in the fitness industry.

Do you recommend supplements to your clients? and if so which ones?

    Whey, Creatine, L-Glutamine?

I'm just looking to start up here in Australia and am looking for some guidance.

    All help appreciated.

    Cheers

Multivitamin and multimineral for everyone if they aren't already taking one.

If they don't have time to get it from real food then I'll recommend protein powders to them.

Glutamine if someone is doing very intense workouts for strength and power - athletes, etc - for average people it's not totally necessary but if they are interested then it can't hurt them.

Creatine I personally think is pretty useless but that's just my opinion. Especially for the average population.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I agree with you when you say it is useless for the average gym weekend warrior. Creatine may not be necessary, but why do you think it is useless?
