    Sternocleidomastoid

I've been exercising my sternocleidomastoid for one year. The lower portion of the sternocleidomastoid muscle has developed nicely. The middle and upper portion of the sternocleidomastoid have not responded commensurately. What exercises will work for the middle and upper portion of the sternocleidomastoid?

    I'm assuming that he's joking.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
