I do three workouts a week with weights, one or two GPP workouts, two rounds of basketball drills, and an active recovery session that is usually just a light-moderate job. So, I generally get in 7-8 workouts in a week.

For me...3-4 times a week with weights, 1 H.I.I.T cardio and 2x steady state cardio plus lots of stretching.
Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

LOL. At the moment I still have my Saturday job, and I suppose it could be classed as a workout. I work at a garage and it's quite physical from 9-1.30 I gotta clean the toilet, sweep and clean 3 bays and then finish off cleanin the office. Also, sometime's vac my bosse's car out. I'm on my feet non-stop till our breakfast break when I have a Full English (the biggest, baddest, bonanza breakfast they do). To make up for all them calories I've burnt off!
