Yeah not really an appropriate training article so i apologies. I was doing certain splits like back+ tris, Chest+bis, Legs, then push pull legs for a while. Each time i would pretty much cainor myself for a week for each body part and come back for more with little improvement. I thought i'd try a full body workout even though it looked like certain things wern't getting enough work, well yeah boy was i wrong. Over the last month i've smashed almost every lifting personal best and improvements are still coming, it even feels like my recovery rate as increased. From going one day on two days off i can now do one day on one day off.

This full body workout is pretty much the best thing that's happened in the way of my training in a long time, my diet is pretty well excellent and after a long time of thinking my training was fine i was wrong, or atleast proved that FBW worked alot better for me.

For anyone who has never tried a full body routine i highly recommend!
