    A-Bar Rows

I was just wondering if anyone does these? Where you put one end of a barbell in the corner and the weights on the other, and use a A-handle like for seated rows? Also, is this a good one for back thickness, or not? thanks! http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...bell&Isolation= (bent over long bar two arm row)

This is a picture of what im doing, but with putting the handle around the bar, not holding onto the bar itself.

My gym gets pissed off if you do them. Some assholes put the barbells into the corners of the wall and not the corners of the squat racks. When they did that, they put holes in almost every corner of the gym.

Maybe some crybabies were crying about people using the squat rack for something else(?)
