    platuea

    ok so i've been doing flat barbell bench and triceps dips for a couple of months now and made nice gains, but as of late none whats so ever, i was thinking of switching to dumbell inclines. my question is do u guys think thats the right exercise to switch to, also would a barbell do the same.

    What does your entire workout look like?
    How long have you worked with weights?

    flat BB 6 sets 8 reps
    tricep dips 5 sets 12 reps
    occasionally ill do flat flies 4 sets 8 reps

    and i been doing this for about 3 or 4 months, though i just aded the dips a couple of weeks ago and already seeing improvement on the triceps

    whats your workout look like? all of it. if you've just stated a month or so ago, your newbie gains prolly stopped.

    dont really do full body. ill do what i stated above one day, then the next day ill do pull ups 5 sets 8 reps, then chin ups 5 sets 8 reps then concentration curls 5 sets 8 reps each arm. that about it. next day rest, then the day after that ill start over with chest

    yours aint nothing to brag about either according to everyone else, howcome everyones always joking on u,like u dont what the fuck ur talking about, i think i just answered my own question

    Well there are some stickies in the training section at the top. would be a good idea to check those out. Should be helpful.
