    Smile Good Cheap Piece Of Equipment.

    i was browsing through benches and stuff on walmart.com and i found this. its new and it looks good. if anyone was interested in buying a new bench and etc. sometime. it has saftey pins and could be a squat rack it looks like.

    I don't see anywhere that it says what the weight capacity that it can handle.. I'd be nervous about buying it, especially from walmart

    True, but if you're into the poundages where you'd have to worry about the equipment giving in... damn. Of course, you could go Squaggleboggin style and use unilateral exercises for essentially everything. Then you know the equipment can handle the weight. Heh, heh, heh...

    haha i saw that one when i went to wal mart
    5'9 1/2, 150 lbs
    Max Bench: 165 lbs
    Max Squat: 205 lbs (suprised me when I tried =P)
