I've been running for several years.

    5k PB 20:25
    10k PB 41:30
1/2 PB 1:43 (although I didn't do one this year and I'm faster)
marathon PB I have no idea b/c I've never run one not pacing someone. I've gone 4:07 with a client and could have gone sub 4 easy. Next year I'll probably shoot for a 3:40.

Anything under 50 mins for a 10k is perfectly respectable. Good luck!
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
