    Critique of this program

I was reading an old "Muscle and Fitness" last night at the gym, came across this and gave it a try. I seemed to get a good workout from it so I thought I'd try it out and post it for critiques.....this is the link to it from their website

I dont like it. Just like any magazine it just leads you to overtraining and burning yourself out. It shows you have been here since 04, so with that in mind I am sure you have read the stickies in the training section. therefore you ought to know that this program isnt good unless you have some extra help (juice). Hell on week 4 thats a whopping 24 sets for your chest. Good lord, thats a ton of work for one muscle. So with that said ditch that shit!

Never read Muscle & Fitness for training tips. That mag is 100% BS.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Cool, thanks guys. Sometimes you can't help but get caught up in hype. I'll stick to what I've been doing since it's never let me down.
