    Before/After Bulking....what you think?(pictures)

    what do you think? in the before one w/the animal house "college" shirt on i was prolly around 155lbs and in the after one flexing i am around 183lbs. both of them i was flexing in.

    I can't say crap from those pics. Also, lightning makes the second pictures look better.

    In short: take new pictures in the standard bodybuilding poses I'd say.

    Well, to be fair, its hard to make a comparison because your doing different poses in the before and afters, also the backdrop and the lighting are different. Although I will say (and by the looks of it im the first to say it) you look bigger and more defined in the after pics.

    ehh i wouldnt say fat. just bigger with alot more muscle. if he was fat he'd have a big gut, and no arm tone, and saggy tits
    5'9 1/2, 150 lbs
    Max Bench: 165 lbs
    Max Squat: 205 lbs (suprised me when I tried =P)
