    Missed Days?

    Hey guys quick question please:I've missed the last 2 days of my 4 day work out because of sickness.Better now but were do I start?from day one or pick up were I left off.Damn just cant wait to get back thanks

    just consider thsoe days missed and start with whatever your next training day would be.
