    I like this alot, especially since it is geared towards MMA. Alot of what he says makes sense, my program is set up similar to his, I'm going to give this a shot 3 days a week.

    I like bas rutten, his circuits are good. It is the same premise.

    BUT this puts alot of emphasis on rotational strength while doing the same things Bas' circuits do. He really doesn't focus on power endurance, and this does

    Sounds a lot like my GPP work, but more specific to MMA. I do include some power movements and rotational stuff, but not quite as much.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
