    Looking for info on Westside Training, or DC Training....

    Hey...does ne one have ne good site about these two training types?...im having a hard time finding somehting good on em....nd im lookin to start one of these...if neone has ideas...or suggestions...let em rip....

    That page linked to is the start of my 2nd run through on a Westside based template, the first 2-3 pages are just talking about putting the routine together... I also used a Westside routine before that about 6 months prior to that page... That's further back in my journal.

    I do DC training. Go to online journals and look for Camaro's Offseason Journal.

    Camaro is a pretty strong dude as well. I have westside type in my journal. I will pm you my workout.
