    Bodyweight Program

What would be a good full bodyweight program 3x a week ( mon, wed, fri ) ?

Consisting of push-ups, chin-ups dips, etc... And, would this do anything to gain mass, or just strength?

    Thanks!

body weight exercises are not for strength unless you cannot do many of them .... but they are still great if you do them with weigts , do different variations of them every workout and don't do all your sets to failure and you'll improve at them every workout..

My advice is if you can do more than 12-15 reps of any of those - you need added resistence.

I work out at home. When doing dips or chinups I add weights to a lengthy piece of rope looped around my neck or waist. That wouldn't help pushups. Also, concentrate on strict and deliberate form - feel the entire range of motion. Try assorted angles and grip widths.

I think it's possible to make a dramatic difference in your body, depending on your current level of fitness!
