    Need Advice

    I'm 14 years old.
I'm not exactly new to bodybuilding. Ive been doing it since early August. I've seen inprovement in my arms, more muscle then I've ever had (but its about a little above average for my grade). I go to the gym every day, other then when I am doing boxing.
What I would like, is to have big, muscular arms, a six pack(a four pack would do) and a muscular back. If I need to gain weight I can. I'm fairly skinny for my age, only weighing 120.
The gym that I go to is a very expensive gym, and it has anything that I may need.
Can somebody give me some advice?

Also, right now I can benchpress 35 pounds(each arm) with freeweights, and about 85 pounds with the bar. 20 pound curls. 40-45 pound arm-rows. There are about 10 more things that I do.. yet I can't remember them all on hand right now.

This is all you should be doing for the next 4 months.

    Squat
    Dead Lift
    Bench
    Military press
    Rows
    Lat pulls
    Dips
    pullups ( for biceps)

Do each 2x a week forn 3 sets of 10 reps....work on form, do not get hung up on power yet!!!

Good advice from Foreman. Also, eat frequent small meals during the day - healthy food.

If you do these things you'll see a very nice change in your body in 4 months.
