Need to make major changes! need some advice please!

    hey,

heres my deal... im 21 years old out of nj im 6ft 2 and 217lbs i would say probably 27-32% body fat. I have worked out in the past but my job took major toll on my body (82-94hrs a week!) i blew up like a blimp around midsection and in legs and chest basically everywhere lol. I need to lose weight fast because i have some tv opportunities in the upcoming months. I need to lose this and get a nice body back. I have got my ballys membership and im ready to go full force last week i went 5 days and ran 4-5 miles each time and few weeks ago ran disneyland half marathon to jumpstart me. Wanted to know what a good routine would be im up for going to gym 2x a day if i have to. also if you guys know anything about a supplement or good mealplan/diet that could help me along the way? (redline any good?) I app any help. Thanks
